![]() And on FO4 you'll have a ton of choices of weaponry too, with the recent DLC adding even more. The customization in FO4 is also HUGE, a lot more expansive than FC Primal will ever be. The RPG elements are dumbed down, per say, and so are the dialogue options, but it does come with a huge open world, tons of things to do and every place has it's own story - be it told through a quest, or through terminals. If you enjoyed FC3/4 you will most likely enjoy this one, but it does feel like a (WAY) overpriced standalone DLC (kinda like Blood Dragon was, but that one was done right and much cheaper)Īs for fallout 4, it meets most of your criteria. Also, Primal seems to have optimization issues in the PC version, so bear that in mind. Sure the map has a bunch of icons and things to see but so does FO4. To me, it also feels like a downgrade in a sense, and that is that you have a LOT less variety in the weapons. FC Primal is MORE of the same formula - folks even say it uses the same overall map as FC 4 (there are comparison pics and such). ![]() I haven't played much of Primal, but I can still give you some insight.
